On January 13-14, 2020 YSMU Coordinator of MINERVA Seyran Kocharyan organized a local meeting with the participation of working groups mainly YSMU IT department and Library staff.

During the meeting the process of work were discussed provided by the project work packages. The head of IT department Michael Arakelyan summarized and finalized the list of equipment needed for beginning the procurement process.

Librarians discussed the current status of the project activities and future plans.
