The winter school of students and young scientists on "The first steps of establishing a technology and knowledge transfer office" took place in Tsakhkadzor on February 19-21, 2021. YSMU students and young scientists participated in the school. Within the framework of the topic, YSMU Vice-Rector for Science, PhD, Professor Konstantin Yenkoyan presented the current projects of the university, goals and expected results. He also referred to the ARMDOCT project, presented the current stages of the program and the expected results.

The ARMDOCT project addresses an urgent need in Reforming Doctoral Education (DE) in Armenia in line with the Salzburg Principles with the emphasis on policy, legal framework (including by-laws) and institutional procedures supporting integrative and internationally-oriented doctoral studies involving universities, research institutions and industry.
