The winter school of students and young scientists on "The first steps of establishing a technology and knowledge transfer office" took place in Tsakhkadzor on February 19-21, 2021. YSMU students and young scientists participated in the school. Within the framework of the topic, YSMU Vice-Rector for Science, PhD, Professor Konstantin Yenkoyan presented the current projects of the university, goals and expected results. He also referred to the MINERVA project, presented the current stages of the program and the expected results.

The main aim of MINERVA is to develop conditions for the implementation of the core principles of Open Science at universities in Moldova and Armenia.
