1982 – defense of the thesis on the topic: “Cerebellar control of the reflex activity of the spinal cord in experimental hypoparathyroidism” at the specialized council of the Institute of Physiology, LA, Orbeli NAS RA and conferring the degree of candidate of medical sciences

1998 – doctoral thesis on the topic: “Parathyroid glands-parathyroid hormone-calcium system in the activity of the hypothalamic-neurohypophysis system” at the specialized council of the Institute of Physiology, L, A, Orbeli NAS RA and conferring the degree of Doctor of Biological Sciences
