The presentation of the book “Medical Atlas of Cornea and External Diseases in Middle Eastern Populations" published in the USA took place at the Medical University.The author is ophthalmologist, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Inflammatory Diseases of the Eye of S.Malayan Ophthalmological Center Anna Hovakimyan. YSMU Rector Armen Muradyan, welcoming those present at the 100-year-old educational institution, noted that during the meetings of the Academic Council it was repeatedly noted that the scientific geography of the universants has long crossed the borders of our country that separate us from the developed medical healthcare systems.
