Pharmacists play key leadership roles in all aspects of the healthcare system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Developing new drugs through advanced technological methods and working in research and development were the major motives which made me to choose this profession\u201d, he tells.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently he is pursuing his Doctoral studies (PhD) in the field of cancer immunology and immunotherapeutics, is working within the I-DireCT consortium between Germany (Surflay Nanotec GmbH) and Netherlands (University of Groningen). I-DireCT, pharmacist informs, is a Marie Curie European Industrial Doctorate (EID) funded by the European Union within the H2020 Programme. The project aims to especially promote the exchange between the academic and the non-academic sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHaving a growth mindset, being a lifelong learner and open for new challenges and opportunities are the key factors which helped me to get where I am now.
