The first week of the “LanZzete” International Student Program initiated by the YSMU Career center ended.<\/p>\n
The first selected group had the opportunity to develop their surgical theoretical and practical knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
The students started from the basics of surgery, supplementing the theoretical knowledge. They learned the structure of the operating room, the rules of conduct, the preoperative preparation, which includes pre-surgical treatment and isolation of the hands and the surgical field. They got acquainted with the general surgical as well as special application – abdominal, vascular, plastic – microsurgical tools, the principles of their use. Using artificial and organic materials, they learned a number of surgical techniques, nodes, their application techniques and features.<\/p>\n
It should be noted that this is just the beginning and the best students will continue to deepen their skills and knowledge by learning more sophisticated surgical techniques such as vascular, occipital, micro vascular, a number of local skin plastics.<\/p>\n
Over the next week, the group will have self-preparation time, in parallel with which the second group will start the first phase of the training.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
