Ahead of the International Day of Students and the creation of a new library, the manuscript of the prominent medieval Armenian physician, scholar, and writer Amirdovlat Amasiatsi, rewritten about 300 years ago, was obtained from a private collection (18th century), which today was ceremonially transferred by university students to the Research Institute of Ancient Manuscripts named after Mesrop Mashtots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The start of the ceremony at the University was marked by the historic event of sending off the manuscript, which was attended by members of the Trustees and Scientific Council, as well as future doctors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The basis of this beautiful, honest event is the future, towards the creation whereof future doctors have their important contribution, also relying on the rich historical past of our country, native medicine. This also symbolizes and emphasizes the cooperation of the Medical University and partner structures, especially the &#8220;Keron&#8221; development fund, with the support whereof a new, completely reconstructed and modernized library will be created.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 15, two exceptional events came together in one memorable day.
