Congratulations to all the women and girls on the start of spring holidays.
During the difficult times of the pandemic and war, women had a heavy responsibility on their fragile shoulders. Representatives of the “white army” have performed selfless work on the front lines and in the rear: providing medical care to patients with coronavirus, healing wounds, transporting the injured in ambulances and operations were possible thanks to the active participation of women.
Many women medical workers have worked for almost a year with no time or space for themselves. Sleepless nights were devoted to a humanitarian mission of saving lives and healing.
I should especially mention the Armenian mothers, whose sons defended our homeland at the cost of their health and life. I bow before the Armenian mothers who gave birth to heroes and are raising real heroes of our days.
For centuries, Armenian women have performed and continue to perform important and responsible work in their families. May your strength be doubled, the heroism of your sons is immortal.
