Within the framework of the iCREATE (Strengthening Trauma Research Capacities in Eastern Europe) project, an international conference was organized in Chisinau, Moldova, on June 3-5, in which future doctors also participated.
22 abstracts were sent to the conference from the Medical University, 10 of which were presented in the form of reports, both orally and online. Students of the Faculty of General Medicine Vahe Badalyan and Tigran Harutyunyan presented their reports in the available format.
Prior to that, on June 2, a joint workshop of the project participants was held, within the framework of which the further course of the project and possible areas of cooperation were discussed.
On December 8-9, 2025, a hybrid conference was organized at YSMU within the framework of the iCREATE program in collaboration with the University of Iowa (USA), Babeş-Boia University (Romania), Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Georgia), and Nicolae Testemitsanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Moldova). During the conference, reports were presented, and abstracts were published in the form of a collection name “Contemporary Issues in Preventive Medicine”.
