From March 10 to 12, the delegation of the Military Medical Faculty of Yerevan State Medical University visited the Military Medical Academy of the German Armed Forces and the NATO Center of Excellence for Military Medicine.
The delegation, led by the Dean of the Military Medical Faculty COL Vardan Tsaturyan, was welcomed by LTC Dr. Silke Ruhl, the Branch Chief of the FHPB (Force Health Protection Branch).
The meeting had a specific focus on training and the surveillance capabilities of the branch. Following this, the members of the MILMED COE received a comprehensive briefing about the military medical training of the young Armenian recruits.
The purpose of the visit was to establish potential future cooperation between the two groups and understand how Armenian recruits and lecturers could be involved in training and exercises.
