A few days ago, the Dutch architectural firm DVDP presented the design concept for the future library of Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi. Construction work will soon begin, transforming the current 600 square meter area into a 3,000 square meter, completely new, modern educational and research environment — much more than just a library.
The project includes both indoor and outdoor halls, individual and group study rooms equipped with the latest technologies, a computer lab, a café area, a space for informal events, as well as comfortable relaxation zones — all aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the educational process.
