Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU), acting as the lead partner for Work Package 1 of the Erasmus+ eCAMPUS project, initiated an online conference to present and discuss the draft Policy Paper on the Development of a Digital Competence Framework (DCF) for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Armenia.
The event took place on 27 August 2025, with nearly 90 registered participants, and around 60 attendees actively engaging in the discussion. The primary focus was on digital education reform and establishing a national competence framework.
In the first part of the conference, EU partner university representatives shared their country experiences:

The core session featured the presentation of the Policy Paper on DCF implementation, delivered by Dr. Aram Hayrapetyan, Head of the YSMU Quality Assurance Center.
