Holi is a colorful festival that is celebrated in India and other parts of the world by people of all ages and backgrounds. It usually falls in late February or early March, on the day after the full moon in the Hindu month of Phalguna.
The festival is known for its lively and colorful celebrations, where people throw bright-colored powders and water balloons at each other, sing and dance, indulge in delicious traditional sweets and delicacies, meet neighbors and celebrate.
Holi is also a time for forgiveness and reconciliation, where people put aside their differences and come together to celebrate the triumph of good over evil.
