Dear future doctors, colleagues!
The best mark in the work of a doctor is, of course, the healed patient and his words of gratitude.
At all times, the work performed by medical professionals is invaluable. This is a daily feat, thanks to which many people recover, return to full life, and restore health. The most striking example of this is the ongoing struggle of the White Army against the coronavirus.
As the head of a medical university with a 100-year history, I will continue to implement all projects and initiatives with great responsibility and commitment, first of all, the development of YSMU, improving the quality of medical education, as well as the implementation of ambitious programs in the process of internationalization of the university.
Through the joint efforts of a large university team, we manage to bring many ideas to life, expanding cooperation and achieving new successes.
One of the most important achievements of the university – the traditions of the century-old forge of medical personnel that hand down from generation to generation.
As every year, I especially wish a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to the medical staff who will be with the patient on New Year's Eve, on holidays, in ambulances, intensive care units, and military hospitals.
I wish that everyone fulfills their mission in everyday work with great responsibility and dedication.
Peaceful, healthy and happy days for all of us.
