SAFEMED+ project working group members visited YSMU Simulation Center

Within the three-day event of the SAFEMED+ project of the European Union, the working group made up of representatives from different countries visited YSMU Simulation Center where they got acquainted not only with the equipment acquired within the framework of the project, but also with all the other training equipment at the university's disposal.

Accompanied by university specialists, the guests took a tour of 27 rooms designed for conducting OSCE-format exams, as well ad communicated with future doctors.

The members of the working group were very impressed with the successes of the hundred-year-old medical university and expressed their willingness to continue close and effective cooperation within the framework of the SAFEMED+ project.

It should be noted that within the scope of the SAFEMED+ project, YSMU foreign partners are Tbilisi Medical Academy (Georgia), University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), University of Catania (Italy), Vilnius University (Lithuania), Tbilisi State Medical University (Georgia), Bukovinian State Medical University (Ukraine), Ivan Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Ukraine).
