YSMU Associate Professor of the Chair of Pharmacology, Head of Educational Programs Department Aram Victor Baykov took part in “Erasmus + KA107” International exchange program in Santiango de Compostella University in Spain․
“From May 9 to 13, as a visiting lecturer, I was in one of the oldest Catholic universities in Europe which has a rich educational cultural background, and pay immense attention to internationalization” noted Aram Baykov.
According to the lecturer, the five-day visit was spent in a warm working atmosphere, giving an opportunity to realize an exchange of experience with foreign experts.
The series of lectures on the topic of “Pharmacology” was planned for undergraduate, graduate and PhD students.
There have been reviews to the use of antibiotics, drugs that affect blood clotting and other questions.
It was the second visit of the Associate Professor Baikov to the University of Santiago de Compostela. He gave lectures in 2018 in the scopes of the same international exchange program.
Lecturers of other chairs of YSMU, in accordance with the International Cooperation Department of the University, participate in international exchange programs by expanding the scope of the cooperation and perfecting the knowledge.
