YSMU Vice-Rector for External Affairs and International Partnerships Yervand Sahakyan, head of the Dean’s Office for international students Gayane Avetisyan, Vice-Dean and Head of the Career Center Khachatur Margaryan met with students from Sri Lanka.
Welcoming the students, Khachatur Margaryan expressed hope that their education would be effective at the medical university.
The vice-dean called on the second-year students to support their friends in overcoming the difficulties.
Dean Gayane Avetisyan also warmly welcomed the students: “Welcome to your second home, welcome to your second family – Yerevan State Medical University. We actually work like a family.
The path to becoming a doctor is quite difficult. You have chosen this path, therefore, you must study well, work diligently and participate in all classes”.
